Hi friends!
I really love Linda’s design over at Freshly Made Sketches this week and yesterday I finally got around to creating something with it- yay!
Here is the lovely sketch:
Tips:
The really wonderful thing about a great sketch is that it can go in so many different directions. On this sketch, for example, the snowflake could be a button, a flower, an anchor, or so many other things. This time, however, I took the sketch quite literally because I am so in love with the snowflake from the snowflake card thinlits die set. I cut the snowflake and sentiment out in glimmer paper three times and layered them for more dimension.

Your die cuts look fabulous against that background! Love how you layered the, for dimension! Wonderful holiday card! Thanks for joining us at FMS!
Thank you so much, it’s always very fun to join Freshly Made Sketches.
This is one of my favorite color combos for Christmas. I love the homespun feel that Crumb Cake gives this and the Cherry Cobbler layer makes it so warm. And the glimmer paper snowflake is the icing on the cake! Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches!
I’m glad you like the color combo, thanks so much!
Beautiful card as always!!!
Thank you so much!
