My littlest one loves to “do crafts with mommy” and today we carved out time to make one of these little snowmen for every child in her class. ( She is in a little independent school where the sentiment “Merry Christmas” is welcome.) I used My Digital Studio for the tag. Here is a close up:
She dutifully, and I must say very happily, glued on all of the circle punches and drew in the faces and buttons. The hats were a bit harder, so I worked on those. We then glued them to red cardstock, slid them into goodie bags and added the little tags. We had so much fun.
And don’t they look cute, each one with a it’s own personality?
Thanks for stopping by- I’m “snow” glad you did!
Happy stampin’ friends,
Michelle
Michelle, these snowmen are just so cute. What a great idea for a class treat. Hope you have a Merry Christmas!
Thank you, Sandra, I’m so glad you like them. I hope you are recovering well after your surgery and a Very Merry Christmas to you, too!
Well, that’s a long story, but three hospital stays and four surgeries later, I am home and plan on staying here for Christmas. On the mend and doing well!
Wow- that sounds like a very long haul! I’m so glad you are home for Christmas and on the mend. Many happy wishes!
These are so adorable. What a good project to do with the kids. Very cute. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, Jeannette, they were so fun to make! After we got done, I was thinking they would be cute with little scarves, too.
These are sooooooo cute!!! You are making very special memories for your daughter when you craft with her…very special!
So true. They grow up so fast and I want to stop everything just to spend time together. Not always easy, but always worth it!
Hey Michelle,
What an absolutely adorable idea, and how fun to be the receiver. What size are the cello bags and are they Stampin’ Up?
They are 2 and 1/4″ by 9 and 3/4″ and they aren’t Stampin’ Up- the Stampin’ Up! ones are too narrow to fit the peppermint patties. Glad you like them- thanks for the nice comment!
