Celebrate!

Celebrate 2

Hi, friends! How are you?

Today I’m celebrating my blogiversary! One year ago today, I posted my very first ever blog post. It has been such a rewarding year getting to know my readers and sharing the endless possibilities of Stampin’ Up! with all of you.

And can you think of any better way to celebrate than a new box of Stampin’ Up! goodies? I sure can’t! My box arrived yesterday and I swear I was making cards in my dreams all night. So happy I could finally get to it in real life!

I am thrilled that Stampin’ Up! introduced clear sequins in the new catalog. I love the soft accent they bring to a card. Crystal Effects works beautifully for gluing them on.

I’m also crazy for the new stamp set “Garden In Bloom.” The set includes two and three step stamps- be still my stampin’ addicted heart! I added an old goodie from the “Work of Art” set. I was inspired to use watercolors on the chevron stamp because of this amazing card. The new Expressions Natural Elements added the perfect finishing touch.

As I look back on my first year of blogging, I am so happy to have met so many wonderful people like you. You help to make my life more wonderful!

Be sure to come back tomorrow because, as a way to show my appreciation, I have some fabulous Stampin’ Up! products to give away to one lucky reader!

Thanks for stopping by. May your day be filled with love, joy and time to craft!

Happy stampin’ friends!

Michelle

  1. Hey Michelle! I love your card and a very Happy Blogiversary to you! I got my box today, but the only new stuff I got was new in-colors stamp pads, reinkers, and cardstock. Everything else was stuff I still wanted from the retiring catalog. I figure I have a year to get all the new stamps and such. When do you need to know my choice for my free stamp set? I’m having a time deciding what I would like first. For all the things I order, I should become one of those hobbiest demonstrators. 🙂

    • Thank you, Sandy! You were smart to scoop up retiring items before they were gone for good. With so many beautiful new stamp sets, it IS hard to decide! I start putting together the Stamp of the Month Club sets on the 20th, so you can let me know by then. Also, I know what you mean about becoming a demonstrator- if you are ever interested, I’d love to have you on my team. Thanks again!

  2. Michelle, I got my new catalog today and I received my Stamp of the Month Club package last week. Thank you. I am so excited with both! I love all the new stuff in the catalog! I can’t wait to get started making my cards. Thanks again. I love your blog and you cards.
    Happy blog anniversary !
