Today, I needed a Halloween card, but found myself without any Halloween stamps.
What to do, what to do?
That’s when the Sheltering Tree stamp set came to the rescue! The tree looks perfect stamped in black against a full moon in a sunset sky.
The background was created using a brayer with Hello Honey and Tangerine Tango. For the moon, I used a circle punched from a sticky note and then brayered over the top. The little pumpkin is just three circles with the edges sponged.
Thanks for stoping by today. Be sure to leave me a comment and tell me what you think- I love hearing from you!
Until next time,
Happy stampin’ friends!
Does that sketch look familiar? I was all set to play along with the Paper Players this week, but realized I was too late! Oh, well.
This sketch was created by the lovely Joann, although I modified it a bit to fit a notecard size.
Go take a look. (But not until you let me know what you think!)
