Hello, friends, and welcome to the Artisan Design Team Blog Hop! Our assignment this week was to focus on the Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack.
I’m so in love with this paper! The pack is 6 x 6 and comes with 48 pieces (4 each of 12 double sided designs) and it sells for just $8, making it a very affordable and versatile item to add to your crafting collection.
For today’s project, I reached for a favorite of mine, the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies. I had fun adding coordinating elements from the Love Blossoms Embellishment Kit and a few sprigs of the beautiful new Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper.
For the gorgeous heart stamp from the new First Sight stamp set, I turned a gold foil heart doily (included in the love Blossoms Embellishment Kit) over and stamped on the back and then layered it with the forever friends stamp on vellum. I gently pressed the little wooden heart into my Rose Red stamp pad and then rubbed the excess ink off on a piece of scrap paper.
These were so much fun to create, I just couldn’t stop making them! Here’s a little collection of some simpler ones I created:
The Love Blossoms patterns mix and match beautifully and the scraps were perfect for covering the cute little clothespins.
Thanks for stoping by today, it’s so much fun to share Stampin’ Up! with so many wonderful people like you!
Now hop on over and see what the very talented Rachel Grandin-Torchet has been up to.
Happy stampin’ friends!
Michelle
