Recently, a good friend of mine and fellow demonstrator, Jessica Walker, came over and taught me how to make these adorable little boxes with the envelope Punch Board from Stampin’ Up! They are so much fun to make, I just had to share them with you!
Start with a 6 x 6 piece of designer series paper. I used the Love Blossoms stack for mine.
Punch and score each side at 2 1/8″ and 3 7/8″. Fold all of the creases and trim the flaps as shown below.
The inside can hold several Hershey’s Nuggets or any candy of your choice.
For the Scalloped Tag Topper band, you need a piece of vellum that is 7 1/2″ x 2″. Score at 6 1/4″, 5″, 2 1/2″, and 1 1/4″. Punch with the Scalloped Tag Topper last. Add a cute tag, tied with some baker’s twine and you have a fun little gift.
I made a bunch for my family to celebrate Valentine’s Day. They look so pretty all together!

Happy Valentines Day to you–sending love and thanks your way for sharing your time and talent with us everyday. Love the cute little boxes and treats.
Thank you so much, Susan, I love sharing and hearing back from people. You made my Valentine’s Day even brighter!
Michelle, I’m stealing all your wonderful ideas!! Love the box and I never think to use vellum! So pretty!! Happy Valentine’s Day!
Thank you, Cheryl. The vellum idea came because I didn’t want to cover up the cute paper and was wondering what to do. So glad you like it!
Cute boxes! I think the measurement for the vellum is 7.5″ by 2″ though. Thanks for the inspiration – made some quick last minute boxes for Valentine’s Day!
Thank you so much for catching the mistake and bringing it to my attention! You are correct, and I just updated the post to have the correct measurements. So happy you liked the boxes and thanks again!

What are the finished dimensions of the box? I want to make some truffle boxes about 3.5×3.5×1.5. Can I do that with this envelope punch board?
Hi Patti, the dimensions for these boxes is smaller- 2.5″ x 2.5″ x 1.25″, so you would need a bigger box for your truffles. The envelope punch board can be used to make bigger boxes, but I am not sure of the dimensions you would need to punch and score at to fit your truffles.
