Hello, friends! How are you today? Welcome to another Stampin’ Up! Artisan Design Team Blog Hop. I’m so happy you’ve joined us!
It has been such a dream to create with all the newest products from Stampin’ Up! This Occassion Catalog has to be one of my favorites ever, and one stamp set I find myself turning to again and again is Birthday Blooms.
For today’s card, I paired Island Indigo with silver. The rose was embossed on vellum and then I used a sponge dauber in circular motions to color it in. After that, I gently wiped the white embossing with a tissue to remove any ink and brighten the white embossing.
When I finished the card, my hubby gave me another lesson on how to achieve the bokeh effect with his very fancy camera. It’s so much fun and I think I’m getting better!
Thank you for joining us today. I hope you’ll leave me a comment and let me know what you think of my Birthday Blooms Card. If you are interested, you can find a complete supply list for the card below.
Now it’s time to hop over to see Rachel Grandin-Torchet. She amazes me every time!
Happy hopping friends!
