Hello, friends! Welcome to another Stampin’ Up! Artisan Design Team blog hop. I’m so glad you’re here!
In honor of International Scrapbooking Day, March 4th, we have the fun task of sharing a scrapbooking project with you. I was so excited about this task because I have fallen way behind and I’ve been working hard on catching up.
I created this page for a little 6 x 6 scrapbook I have. The new Number of Years bundle has the perfect sentiment for preserving birthday memories like these, and how adorable is the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper, right? You can’t see it very well in the photos, but the Shine On Designer Series Paper really does add a beautiful bit of shine to your projects.
This photo had a busy, unappealing background, but I just loved how my daughter was holding up three fingers. The solution? I carefully cut off the background and used dimensionals to place her picture on the page. Now she stands out and not the background.
Stampin’ Up! has everything necessary for beautiful memory keeping. Whether you want to create detailed scrapbook pages, Project Life albums, or fun mini albums, you will always find exactly what you need.
So, what is your favorite way to keep your memories alive? Leave me a comment and let me know! I hope you will also join us in celebrating International Scrapbooking Day by creating a project of your own. Oh, and be sure to come back Friday to learn more about the party hat and banner featured above. I can’t wait to tell you all about them, too!
Thanks for joining us today. It’s so much fun to be a part of this incredible, international design team. Just before me on the hop was the very talented Marisa Gunn, and now it’s time to go visit the equally talented Rachel Grandin-Torchet. I always look forward to her beautiful creations!
Happy hoppin’ friends!
