Number of Years Celebration

Memory Keeping 9

Hello, friends! How are you today?

On Thursday, the Artisan Design Team had the fun task of sharing some sort of memory keeping project. I created a little six by six page of my daughter’s third birthday. Along with the page, I added a little birthday party display that I’m excited to share with you today.

This little party hat was just for fun and so incredibly rewarding to make. I used a crochet thread cone that I have been saving since middle school. I just knew I could make something fun with it, and I finally did!

I created the fun fringe with filter paper dyed with Blushing Bride re-inker and then cut with my fringe scissors.

I added two honeycomb embellishments glued together to the top.

The matching banner from Shine on dap was also just for fun.

This project was so much fun to create. Crafting is definitely my happy place!

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you day is filled with much love, happiness, and time to craft!

Happy stampin’ friends!

  1. Oh, Michelle! These are adorable! I love how fun and over the top that hat is — what a beautiful focal point for the party. And I am in love with that banner — the fringe against the paper and the simple design all work perfectly together. Love it!
