Hello friends, how are you today? It’s time for another Stampin’ Up! Artisan Design Team blog hop! If you’ve been hopping along, you just came from my dear friend Marisa. This is our “open” week so be sure to visit all 20 designers for lots of inspiration.
For this hop, I created little star ornaments with music note DSP and star framelets. Each point is scored to add dimension.
For the back side, I used a soft paint brush to brush on a thin layer of multipurpose glue and then sprinkled it with gold stampin’ glitter. Not only does it look pretty, but it makes the ornament a little more sturdy, too.
The clear tiny treat boxes and gold foil doilies are the perfect presentation for these easy little ornaments and I just love they way the gold glitter catches the light.
Gold 1/8″ ribbon and a gold embossed tag add the final touch for a sweet little gift to give at the holidays.
So, what did you think? It’s always so much fun to share my ideas with you, and I want to say a huge thank you to all the people who have taken time to comment. It truly makes my day when you do!
Now it’s time to go see what my talented friend Rachel has created to inspire you. I can’t wait!
Happy hoppin’ friends!
Michelle
