A Make and Take With Butterfly Basics

Butterfly Basics Make and Take

Hello, friends! How are you?

Here is a simple make and take I designed for a recent workshop. It’s always nice to have simple layouts for easy, quick, last minute card ideas, and this one goes together lickety split!

Stampin’ Supplies:

I can’t wait to show you what I’ve been up to today! As a demonstrator, I have the thrill of preordering from the new catalog before it comes out June 2nd, but preorder started while I was in China- oh, the agony!

Now, of course, a new son is more important that a new catalog, right? Right! But to be honest, the waiting was HARD! Well, today my wait was over and my preorder arrived! I’v already had so much fun making a special summer birthday gift. Be sure to come back soon and I’ll share it with you!

Happy stampin’ friends!

Don’t forget to check out the retiring products, only available until June 2nd! Click the image below to see what’s still available.

A Hostess Gift with Butterfly Basics

Butterfly Basics Hostess Gift 2

The week before I left for China, I did a workshop for a lovely group of ladies. I met the hostess through my demonstrator website and I wanted to create something special to thank her for holding a workshop in her home. I turned to the Butterfly Basics stamp set and butterfly thinlits, along with the berry basket die.

The little berry basket is so much fun to decorate and fill with goodies. For this hostess gift, I created four notecards and matching envelopes, tucked them inside and tied it with a piece of the crochet trim. I really enjoyed creating this small token of my appreciation.

It’ always nice to decorate the envelope, too. Here’s a closeup:
