Easy Cupcake Toppers

Pansy Punch Cupcake Toppers

Last Sunday I featured a photo collage of my mom’s birthday party. You can see it here. Today I thought I would highlight the fun and easy cupcake toppers. I love cupcakes and adding a topper to store bought cupcakes is a fabulous (and quick) way to add pizazz to your party. These were made with the pansy punch and the petite petals punch. To curl the petals inward, I gently pulled each petal with a bone folder. I attached the two flowers together with a dimensional, added a button and the leaf (made from the new Flower Fair Framelits) with glue dots, and then hot glued the flower and the toothpick to a cardstock circle. To save time, I made a dozen and scattered them on the cupcake tower, not adding one to every cupcake.

Punches are so handy and I absolutely love my Big Shot.  Did you know Stampin’ Up! has a generous rewards program?   You can earn $25 worth of your choice of free products from Stampin’ Up! if you place an order of $150.  The more you spend, the more free products you earn and who doesn’t love free products?!?  You can shop with me 24/7 here.
